Use 
Pseudoephedrine is used to treat Nasal, Sinus congestion & Eustachian tube congestion.

Dizziness, Insomnia (Sleep Problem), Stomach pain, Nervousness, Dry mouth, Nausea, Vomiting. 
Precaution 
Consult your doctor at once if you have a serious side effect such as Severe Dizziness or Anxiety, Unusual weakness, Fever, Chills, Body aches, Uneven heartbeat.

Drowsiness, Nausea, Dizziness, Diarrhea, Constipation, Vomiting, Excitation, Rash. 
Precaution 
Dextromethorphan may make you dizzy or drowsy. Avoid drive, use machinery or do any activity that requires alertness until you are sure you can perform such activities safely.

Dry mouth, Sore throat, Cough, Nausea, Constipation, Headache Dizziness, Drowsiness, Tired feeling. 
Precaution 
Cetirizine can cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery until you know how cetirizine affects you.
