Use
Nebivolol is used in treatment of Hypertension. It is highly cardioselective under certain circumstances.
It works by slowing heart rate and relaxing blood vessels to improve blood flow to the organ.
Common Side Effect
Allergic reactions, Headache, Swelling in Legs, Fatigue, Dizziness, Diarrhoea, Nausea.
Precaution
Precaution should be taken by patients with history of Anaphylaxis (an acute allergic reaction to an antigen) to various allergens or Psychiatric illness, Peripheral artery disease (common circulatory problem in which narrowed arteries reduce blood flow to your limbs), Diabetes Mellitus.

CILNIDIPINE 10 MG
Use
It is used to manage hypertension. Due to its blocking action at N-type and L type calcium channel, cilnidipine dilates both arterioles and venules, reducing the pressure in the capillary bed. Cilnidipine prevents intracellular calcium influx and results in vasodilatation.
Common Side Effect
Peripheral edema, eye pain, headache, dizziness, flushing.
Precaution
Cilnidipine is contraindicated in patients with severe aortic stenosis, cardiogenic shock,
Cilnidipine can interact with aldesleukin, quinidine, phenytoin, rifampicin, erythromycin, other anti-hypertensive drugs and anti-psychotic drugs.
