Use
Isosorbide Mononitrate is a drug used principally in the treatment of Angina Pectoris (a condition marked by severe pain in the chest, often also spreading to the shoulders, arms, and neck, owing to an inadequate blood supply to the heart), acts by dilating the blood vessels so as to reduce the blood pressure.
Common Side Effect
Headache, Dizziness, Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing), Increased heart rate, Flushing of face.
Precaution
It should not be used together with medications within the Sildenafil, Tadalafil, Vardenafil, Using these medicines together may lower your blood pressure and cause blurred vision, dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting.
