Dr Sunil K Modi is Senior Consultant in Interventional  cardiology at the Department of Cardiology in Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, He  has over 3 decades of rich professional experience in his field. His acheivements include starting invasive cardiology programme in the first private sector cardiac Cathlab of north India at National heart Institute in 1984. Dr. Sunil Modi has had training of complex Cardiac interventional techniques at University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand and St Vincents Hospital, Sydney, Australia in 1991. He is previledged to be one of the first ones to start Coronary angioplasty and Stenting in North India in private sector.
