Use
Used to treat high blood pressure, to reduc the risk of stroke if patient have high blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). With LVH, the walls in the heart’s left ventricle thicken. The left ventricle is one of four chambers in the heart. The thickening can prevent your heart from pumping well. And finally, losartan is used to treat diabetic nephropathy. This is kidney disease that is caused by diabetes.
Common Side Effect
Dizziness, Stuffy Nose, Back pain, Diarrhea, Tiredness, Low Blood Sugar, Chest pain, and High or Low blood pressure.
Precaution
Losartan should not be taken by patients who are diabetic and taking aliskiren, naproxen,Ibuprofen, rifampin. Do not take during pregnancy. Avoid alcohol consumption.

Use
It is a diuretic drug used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), by increasing elimination of sodium and potassium in the urine. Lowering high blood pressure helps prevent strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems
Common Side Effect
Includes Drowsiness, Nausea, Headache, Stomach pain or Increased Thirst.
Precaution
Precautions should be taken if you have gout, liver disease, low blood levels of potassium or sodium, kidney disease, allergy or bronchial asthma.
Some medicines may interact with chlorthalidone are Diazoxide, digoxin, ketanserin because their actions and the risk of their side effects may be increased by chlorthalidone.
